Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our products are digital software (Expert Advisors and indicators for MetaTrader) delivered by immediate download. Your refund rights depend on where you purchased:

  • MQL5 Market (mql5.com) — governed by MQL5 Market terms
  • Official DoItTrading store (doittrading.gumroad.com) — governed by this policy

1. Purchases via MQL5 Market

Refund policy: subject to MQL5 Market Terms and Conditions.

  • All refund requests must go through MQL5 Market support
  • MQL5 Market handles all payments and payment disputes
  • We cannot process refunds for MQL5 purchases directly

To request an MQL5 refund: log into your MQL5 account, open your purchase history, and contact MQL5 support directly.

2. Direct Purchases via the Official DoItTrading Store

Direct purchases are processed by Gumroad, Inc. acting as merchant of record: Gumroad handles the payment, issues your receipt, and collects any applicable VAT or sales tax. Your license and downloads are managed by DoItTrading through your customer portal at doittrading.com/account.

Refund policy: full refund within 7 days of purchase if the license has not been activated. Once the license has been activated, no refund is provided except for a technical problem that our support cannot resolve.

To request a refund, email support@doittrading.com from the email address used at checkout, or reply to your Gumroad receipt. Approved refunds are returned by Gumroad to your original payment method.

3. EU/EEA Consumers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

To exercise this right, send an unambiguous statement (for example by email) to support@doittrading.com before the 14-day period expires. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. We will coordinate the reimbursement with Gumroad; you will be reimbursed within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the purchase.

Model withdrawal form: “To DoItTrading (support@doittrading.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content:

, ordered on [date] under the email [your checkout email]. — [Name], [date]”

Technical Issues

  • First: contact our support within 30 days of purchase
  • We will: work with you until the technical issue is resolved
  • If unresolvable: you receive a refund (direct purchases) or case-by-case handling per MQL5 terms (MQL5 purchases)

Note: “not profitable” or “does not match expectations” are not technical issues. Trading results depend on markets, broker conditions, and configuration; past performance does not guarantee future results.

Chargebacks and Fraudulent Payments

  • Disputed or fraudulent payments result in immediate license revocation
  • No refunds for licenses revoked due to payment fraud
  • If you have a problem, contact us first: a support email is resolved in days, a chargeback locks your license immediately

Non-Delivery

  • Check your spam/junk folder for the delivery email
  • Direct purchases: your downloads are always available in the customer portal at doittrading.com/account (log in with your checkout email)
  • Still nothing? Contact support@doittrading.com and we will resend your access

Before You Purchase

  • Read the complete product description and FAQs
  • Check the live, third-party verified Myfxbook results
  • Understand the trading strategy and its risk parameters
  • EAs on MQL5 Market can be tested free in the MT5 Strategy Tester before buying
  • Trading carries a high level of risk — past performance does not guarantee future results

  • Include: your checkout email, product name, and a detailed description of the issue
  • MQL5 purchases: contact MQL5 Market support directly — we cannot override MQL5 policies

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy. Changes apply to future purchases only.
