Overview

Due to the digital nature of Expert Advisors (EAs) and the immediate download upon purchase, we have specific refund policies depending on where you purchased.

Refund Policy by Purchase Type

1. Individual EA Purchases via MQL5 Market

Refund Policy: Subject to MQL5 Market Terms and Conditions

  • All refund requests must go through MQL5 Market support
  • MQL5 Market handles all payment disputes
  • We cannot process refunds for MQL5 purchases directly
  • Typical MQL5 policy: No refunds after download

How to request MQL5 refund:

  1. Log into your MQL5 account
  2. Go to your purchase history
  3. Contact MQL5 support directly
  4. Reference their refund policy

Refund Policy: All sales are FINAL

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • No refunds after purchase and download
  • No cancellations once license is activated
  • No exchanges for other products

Why we don’t offer refunds on bundles:

  • Immediate download upon payment
  • Cannot be “returned” once downloaded
  • License activation is instant
  • Full product information provided before purchase

Exceptions and Special Cases

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems:

  1. First: Contact our support within 30 days
  2. We will: Attempt to resolve all technical issues
  3. If unresolvable: Case-by-case consideration

Note: “Not profitable” or “doesn’t match expectations” are NOT technical issues.

Fraudulent Purchases

  • Disputed/fraudulent payments = immediate license termination
  • No refunds for terminated licenses
  • May pursue legal action for chargebacks

Non-Delivery

If you don’t receive your purchase:

  1. Check spam/junk folder
  2. Contact support@doittrading.com within 48 hours
  3. We’ll resend download links

Before You Purchase – Important!

To avoid refund requests, please:

Understand EA limitations:

  • Past performance ≠ future results
  • EAs require proper setup
  • Results depend on broker/market conditions
  • Trading carries high risk

Test first (when possible):

  • Some EAs offer demo versions
  • Test strategy logic on demo account
  • Understand the risk parameters
