DoIt EURO Master Installation Guide
Welcome to the installation and usage guide for your new DoIt EURO Master EA. Follow the steps below to get started with your purchase, testing, and setup. Whether you’re a new user or an experienced trader, this guide will help you install, test, and configure your EA seamlessly.
Step 0: Choose Your Broker First
⚠️ Important: Your broker choice matters. AI trading needs low spreads and fast execution – otherwise commissions eat your edge.
Tested brokers for AI trading (I use IC Trading in my main portfolio):
- IC Trading – Standard Account
Low spreads, high leverage, certified
Open IC Trading Account - Fusion Markets – Zero Account
Raw ECN spreads, low commission
Open Fusion Markets Account - Pepperstone
Multi-regulated, reliable execution
Open Pepperstone Account

Choose your preferred payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) and click the green Next button to proceed.
- Complete the Payment:
Confirm your payment details and finalize the transaction. - Install your EA:
After payment, install the EA directly to your MetaTrader platform and begin setup.
Step 2: Installing the EA
To test your EA in MetaTrader’s Strategy Tester, follow these steps:
- Log In to Your Terminal:
Open your MetaTrader platform and log in with the MQL5 account you used to purchase the EA.
Important: Make sure you log in using your MQL5 account login username (not your email or broker credentials).
- Locate the DoIt EURO Master in Purchases or Market:
Go to the “Navigator” window. Under the Market and My Purchases section, find your newly purchased EA.
- Attach the EA to a Chart:
Drag and drop the EA onto the chart of the trading pair it is designed for (in this case EURUSD).
Note: Don’t worry about the timeframe of the chart. You can freely switch between timeframes—the DoIt EURO Master EA will automatically detect and use the correct one. - Enable Algo Trading:
Make sure the “Algo Trading” button on the toolbar is activated (it should be green).
In MT5: Look for the Algo Trading button in the toolbar at the top of the screen. It should be green when enabled.
In MT4: Locate the AutoTrading button (also in the top toolbar). It should display a green icon when enabled.
- Allow Algo Trading in EA Settings:
When the settings window opens, ensure the “Allow Algo Trading” box is checked.
- Ensure Your PC is On 24/7:
For optimal performance, your trading platform needs to be running 24/7. If you don’t have a VPS (Virtual Private Server), I recommend using the same one I’ve been using for a couple of years. It’s the best I’ve found—easy to set up, affordable, and reliable. I’ve had no complaints at all. You can get started with it here:

Step 4: Configuring Inputs
Unlike other EAs on the market, the DoIt EURO Master excels in simplicity and ease of setup. Everything you need is managed internally by the EA itself. Your main task is to set the account balance percentage, and if you’re going for a prop firm challenge, you can activate the Profit to Stop EA and Max Daily Drawdown settings.
Here are the other key settings:
- Magic Number: This is important if you’re using multiple EAs on the same account. Set a unique value for each EA to avoid conflicts.
- Override Balance with Initial Account Size: This setting allows you to override your current balance with an initial account size for the risk management calculations.
- Initial Account Size: This is the account size that the EA will use for risk management calculations. If your actual balance differs from your desired balance for risk management, you can input an “Initial Account Size” to simulate the account balance used in those calculations.
- Account Balance Percentage: This setting determines the percentage of your account balance that the EA will risk per trade. Unlike most EAs, DoIt EUROMaster utilizes a unique risk management system that compensates for losing trades with partial profits from winning trades. This approach eliminates the reliance on traditional stop losses (SL). However, as an added safety feature, each trade includes a 2500-point SL for risk management calculations. This SL is rarely triggered, and even if it is, the full lot size you initially opened will almost never be used. This allows you to risk more per trade without the usual concern of large drawdowns. Feel free to experiment with values like 10%, 20%, or even 50% to fine-tune your risk levels.
- Monitor Resolution: This adjusts the user interface to match your monitor’s resolution for the best display experience.
- Prop Firm Enable Stop on Profit Reached: Enable this feature to automatically stop the EA once you’ve reached the target profit, signaling that you’ve successfully passed the prop firm validation challenge.
- Max Daily DD (Drawdown): This setting acts as an extra safeguard. It ensures that all trades are closed if the daily drawdown exceeds the threshold you set. The drawdown can be calculated based on your account balance, the initial account size (if configured), or a fixed amount in USD.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
1) Multiple EAs on the Same Account?
It’s great to consider diversifying your portfolio with multiple Expert Advisors (EAs). This strategy can help you optimize your gains by tapping into different market opportunities. Here’s a quick breakdown of each EA:
- DoIt EURO Master: Specially designed for EURUSD, the DoIt EURO Master excels in steady, long-term account growth. This EA trades less frequently but provides stable, consistent wins. One of its standout features is its unique risk management, which compensates for losing trades by using partial profits from winning ones, ensuring a smoother, more reliable trading experience. If you’re looking for stability with the potential for solid growth, this is your go-to EA.
- Gold Guardian: Optimized for gold (XAUUSD), this EA is built to capitalize on strong trends. It’s particularly effective in bullish markets, making it a fantastic option if you’re looking for semi-automatic trading that works best when the market is trending. If you’re seeking high-potential opportunities, especially in a market where gold shows strong movements, the Gold Guardian could be your perfect partner.
- Index Vanguard: Focused on the S&P 500, this EA is perfect for both small and large accounts. Starting with as little as $50, it looks for the best trade opportunities, opening positions when a major trend is expected and waiting for significant market runs. Even in quieter market conditions, it focuses on minimizing losses while positioning for these big moves. Whether you’re just starting out or looking for something that works with your existing strategy, Index Vanguard provides the perfect balance of opportunity and security.
Why not try combining them? With a combination of these EAs, you can target multiple markets (EURUSD, Gold, S&P 500), giving you a diversified approach that maximizes your chances of success. Each EA has its unique strength, making them a powerful suite when used together.

3) Is the EA running? How can I check if the EA is running on MT5 or MT4?
To check if your EA is running:
On MT5:
- Look for the colored hat (green, red, or gray) in the top right corner of the chart.
- Green hat means the EA is running.
- Red or gray hat means the EA is not running or there’s an issue.

On MT4:
- Look for the smiley face in the top right corner of the chart.
- Smiley face means the EA is running.
- Sad face means the EA is not running or there’s an issue.

Make sure Algo Trading is enabled (the button should be green in MT5 and MT4) for the EA to work properly.
4) Can I run multiple EAs on the same account?
While it’s possible, it’s not recommended to run more than one EA on the same account. Each EA operates best when it’s the only one active.
If you still want to use multiple EAs, make sure to:
- Choose unique Magic Numbers for each EA to avoid conflicts.
- Calculate the required margin for each EA based on the risk levels you’ve set, ensuring there’s enough space for each EA to operate properly.
5) Is a demo available?
You can download the demo in MQL5 and easily test the EA using the Strategy Tester in MetaTrader. This allows you to simulate trading and evaluate the EA’s performance without risking real money.
6) How can I test the EA?
You can test the EA by following these steps:
- Open MetaTrader 4/5.
- Go to View > Strategy Tester (or press Ctrl+R).
- Select the EA from the list.
- Choose your symbol (e.g., EURUSD) and set the time frame.
- Set the period you want to test (e.g., 1 year) and run the test.

This will allow you to simulate real trading and assess the EA’s behavior under historical market conditions.
7) Which broker should I use?
The EA is compatible with any broker that supports MetaTrader 4/5. However, for optimal performance, we recommend using a broker with low spreads and high leverage.
