01 / Install

Install in 3 minutes

One chart, one symbol. It does not trade anything else.

1Download it from your DoItTrading account (MT4 and MT5) or from the MQL5 Market inside your terminal (search "DoIt Gold Portfolio Module").
2Open a XAUUSD chart on H1. Drag the EA onto it and allow algo trading.
3Inputs: choose the sizing mode (percentage of balance is the default). Leave the rest as it is the first week.
4Demo first. Watch it through a losing stretch before real money. Every strategy has one.

Read this before real money

Gold moves. With 0.01 lot, the average stop on this strategy is around $18 and the worst historical losing streak around $138.

Run it with $1,000 or more, or on a cent account. With $200 and 0.01 lot, a normal losing streak looks like a disaster; that is the account being too small for gold, not the EA failing.

Demo first, always. The point of the demo is not to see it win. It is to see how a losing week feels on your own screen, before it is your money.

Why one strategy is not a plan

One strategy has good phases and bad phases. A red month on gold feels like "the EA stopped working". It usually did not.

The fix is several strategies on several markets, so one bad phase does not decide the month. That is DoIt MultiStrategy Pro: seven strategies, three markets (gold, USDJPY, GBPJPY), one license, account-level loss limits. Same engine, same ID: the upgrade does not change your setup.
